About
Experienced strategic guidance for businesses that need structure, not noise.
Maco Strategy LLC was built to help small businesses benefit from executive-level technology thinking without being pushed into bloated solutions or MSP-style delivery.
Built for founder-led organizations
Many growing companies reach a point where systems, vendors, access, and operational dependencies become too important to manage informally. Maco Strategy helps leadership introduce structure at that stage without overcomplicating the business.
The advisory approach is grounded in complex technology and cybersecurity leadership experience, then adapted for the realities of small business operations, limited internal bandwidth, and practical budget constraints.
Brand principles
- Structure over chaos
- Visibility before optimization
- Governance without bureaucracy
- Calm authority over fear-based marketing
- Practical recommendations that leadership can actually use
Who this is for
- Founder-led businesses with 5 to 50 employees
- Organizations managing growing SaaS complexity
- Teams without dedicated senior technology leadership
- Leaders who want clearer risk and governance decisions
Positioning
Not an MSP. Not a break/fix provider. Not hype-driven security marketing.
Maco Strategy is a technology strategy advisory firm. That distinction matters. The work centers on decision quality, governance, maturity, resilience, and prioritization rather than commodity support tasks or fear-based product selling.
Clients engage to think more clearly about technology, reduce operational risk, and make better leadership decisions with a steady, structured advisor at the table.
